Aaron began his work with Arlington Heritage Group in September 2024, joining the team as a Trust Administrator. Before that, he worked in the medical field as an Emergency Room Technician in both a Level 1 trauma center and a community hospital. These experiences taught him to stay calm under pressure, collaborate effectively with a team, and deliver high-quality care during critical moments.
While earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, Aaron also served as a Resident Advisor, a chemistry lab teaching assistant, and a statistics tutor. These roles helped him develop strong leadership and mentoring skills while supporting fellow students.
Outside of work, Aaron loves to dance, especially hip-hop choreography. This allows him to stay active and express himself creatively. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new foods, particularly when they offer a chance to experience different cultures through their cuisine.
