It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the death of our colleague and friend, David Napoleon, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at Memorial Health University in Bluffton, SC at the age of 72.
David, a longtime advocate in the I/DD community came to Arlington Heritage Group three years ago after his semi-retirement from Eden Autism in Princeton, NJ where he served as Chief Financial Officer. This last position capped off his 25 years working in the not-for-profit world in various financial positions.
David, a graduate of La Salle University was very much a Philadelphia guy. He was an avid sports fan and could talk for hours about the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers and Flyers. He also loved exploring the city’s restaurants.
David and his wife Debbie recently moved to South Carolina to enjoy their retirement years.

A memorial service to celebrate David’s life will be held on February 6, 2023, at Craft Funeral Home, 814 Bethlehem Pike, Glenside, PA 19038 at 10:00 am visitation and 11:00 service.
